P&G has extensive experience running progressive dies with the capability of installing both pierce nuts and clinch studs, offering substantial savings in time and materials on high volume requirements. Installation into the stamped parts is accurate, clean and quick. Any number can be positioned together for multiple installations. You'll get consistent performance because the pierce nut and clinch stud become an integral part of your metal assembly to give high resistance to twist, shear, pull, rack and vibration. We can work with your engineers to convert your existing fastener/stamping assembly to this more economic approach.
